This delicious desert is a great choice for any day, especially for the upcoming holidays when you have to prepare all those tasty dishes and desserts but you’re a bit pressed of time.

Impress your family and friends with this light dessert from apples and biscuits, which will take only about 20 minutes of your time, as it requires no baking.

 

Once you try it and see how easy and quick it is to prepare it, you will make it over and over again.

Ingredients

  • 350 gr. biscuits
  • 1 kg. apples
  • 700 ml. water
  • 300 gr. sugar
  • 4 vanilla instant puddings

Glaze Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. of oil
  • 3 rows of cooking chocolate

Preparation

Peel the apples and cut them in small squares. Put them in a larger pan, pour 600 grams of water and the sugar, and boil for around 10 minutes, until the apple squares soften. At the meantime, prepare the vanilla instant pudding by dissolving it in the rest of the water – 100 grams. Then, pour the prepared pudding onto the boiled apple-water mixture, and mix until you get a nice creamy consistency.

Take a rectangle pan and spread the biscuits in one layer. Then, pour the whole cream onto the biscuits while it’s still warm, and cover with one more layer of biscuits.

To prepare the glaze, you need to melt the chocolate rows over the stove. You will do this by heating some water in a small pot, and covering it completely with a heat-proof bowl. The bottom of the bowl shouldn’t have contact with the steaming water. Place the chocolate in the heat-proof bowl and stir occasionally until completely melted. Be careful not to burn it but just to melt it to a smooth consistency.

Once you make the glaze, pour it all over the dessert, and put it in the fridge. Let it cool, and then cut it in squares. Enjoy!
